当我们收到一封询盘时,要分析客户的询盘。复盘（报盘） 的时候尽可能把客户问的每一个问题都做一个详细的解答,即 使是不知道的也应该作一个说明,告知原因。因为客户问的问 题都是他们所关心的问题,切勿忽略细节。报盘一般分为实盘 和虚盘，实盘是发盘人（Offerer）按其提供的条件以达成交 易目的的明确表示。实盘具有法律效力，受盘人(Offeree)一 旦在有效期限内接受实盘上的条件和内容，发盘人就无权拒 绝售货。虚盘是发盘人所作的不肯定交易的表示。虚盘无须 详细的内容和具体条件，也不注明有效期，它仅表示交易的 意向，不具有法律效力。 Useful expressions and sentences 1．In response to your request, we make you an offer as follows: 应你们的请求，我们报盘如下 2．Your enquiry of July 6 for xxx has been passed on to us for our attention. 你方7月6日对xxx的询盘已转交由我们处理。 3．As you requested, we are now making you a firm offer for 3000 yards of cloth. 按你方要求，我们现给你方3000码布的实盘报价。 4．We cannot offer without specific enquiry. 没有明确的寻购我们不能报盘。 5．The above offer is subject to goods being unsold. 以上报盘以货物未售出有效。 6.
