毕 业 论 文 论 文 题 目： 浙江省民营企业FDI研究 学 院 名 称： 经济与管理学院 专 业： 国际经济与贸易 班 级： 092班 姓 名： 许亚梅 学 号 09408070216 指 导 教 师： 严泽民 职 称 高级讲师 定稿日期：2013 年5 月7 日 摘 要 浙江是民营经济大省、海外投资大省，FDI居全国首位，且近年来投资领域、投资规模进一步扩大，投资速度不断加快。对浙江省民营企业FDI的研究因此显得非常有意义。本论文将以此为研究对象，首先结合典型发达国家（美国和日本）与发展中国家（印度和巴西）的FDI，从投资主体、投资区位、投资产业、投资方式等方面分析其特征，并结合这些国家的政府对FDI采取的促进措施，总结出值得我们借鉴的地方。 然后从投资区位、投资产业、投资的获利三方面对浙江省民营企业FDI的发展现状进行总结，在此基础上对浙江省民营企业FDI的优劣势、外部机遇和外部风险进行分析，找出其FDI的有利之处以及制约其进一步发展的因素，最后，为了更有效的发展浙江民营企业的FDI，从宏观角度和微观方面都提出了对策措施。 关键词：  ABSTRACT Zhejiang’s FDI is at the countrys first place. The investment field and expansion of scale has expanded increasingly in recent years, and the speed has accelerated. The study of private enterprises’ FDI in Zhejiang province therefore is very meaningful. This thesis makes the FDI of private enterprises in Zhejiang province as the research object, and combine with the FDI of typical developed countries (the USA and Japan) and developing countries (India and Brazil), analyzing their characteristics from the investment subject, location, investment industry, investment way, etc, as well as the successful experience and promoting measures of the governments of these countries. Then sum up the worthy reference. Then summarize the current situation of the development of private enterprises in Zhejiang province from three perspectives: investment location, investment industry and investment profit, on the basis of which analyze advantages and disadvantages of FDI of private enterprises in Zhejiang province, external opportunities and risks, finding out factors restricting
