毕业设计 题 目 哈尔滨世纪明珠办公楼施工组织设计及施工图预算 学 院 建筑与土木工程学院 专业班级 土木 学生姓名 指导教师 毕明岩 成 绩 年 月 日 摘 要 本设计针对的工程项目为一新建办公楼，其内容包含施工组织设计及施工图预算两部分内容。 施工组织设计部分，本施工组织设计作为主导施工的依据，编制时针对施工准备、施工方案、基础以及结构和装修阶段的施工方案进行编制，并对文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施等诸多因素进行考虑，突出科学性、可行性及节能性。 施工图预算部分采用工程量清单计价方式，工程量清单计价已经成为我国建设工程计价的重点和方向，是现在和将来一段时期内对工程估价的主要依据，本次毕业设计预算的编制采用的正是这种清单计价模式，清单计价方面采用2010黑龙江省土建定额、本市的工程造价信息、建筑施工图纸和法律规定，并按照清单计价规则计算出清单消耗量，用广联达计价软件GBQ4.0套用清单并进行定额组价。 关键词：施工组织设计；安全；管理；清单计价  Abstract The design is for a new office building, which included the construction organization design and construction drawing budget. The construction organization design, that is the basis of the leading construction. In the process of preparation, the design considering many factors, such as the construction preparation, the construction scheme, the construction scheme of the foundation, the structure and the decoration, the civilized construction, the environmental protection measures, and the measures to reduce costs, highlight the scientific nature, the feasibility and the energy saving. The construction organization design adopted the valuation mode of bill of quantities, that has become the focus and direction of the construction project valuation in our country, and that is the main basis of project appraisal in current and future. So the graduation design used the mode in budget compiling. About the bill of quantities , we adopted the 2010 civil norm of Heilongjiang, the project cost information of Harbin, the construction drawings and the law. Worked out the listing consumption according to the rules of the valuation, and counted the quota price by the listing using the GuangLian da software GBQ
