壳聚糖对溶液吸附性能的研究 安徽芜湖 241000） 摘 要 本文研究了壳聚糖对模拟印染废水溶液的吸附性能。探讨了壳聚糖用量、介质的pH值、吸附温度、吸附时间、和染料浓度对吸附性能的影响，最终得到了壳聚糖对模拟染料废水的最佳吸附条件。结果表明：对于一定浓度的溶液，随着壳聚糖用量的增加，壳聚糖对溶液吸附性能逐渐减弱，在壳聚糖用量为mg左右效果较好；介质的pH值在的条件下，壳聚糖对溶液吸附性能较好；随着吸附时间的增长，吸附量不断增大最后达到平衡值，一般情况下都在1分钟左右达到平衡，温度对吸附性能影响较小，在℃时吸附性能相对较好、脱色率最高；壳聚糖的吸附量随染料的浓度增大而逐渐增大。最终得到结论：壳聚糖用量在mg左右，pH值在条件下，时间在分钟左右，温度在℃下就有很好的吸附性能，脱色率在90％以上。 关键词：壳聚糖；溶液；吸附；分光光度法 The study of the adsorption behavior of chitosan for Basic brilliant green YunshanLiu (Anhui Polytechnic University Wuhu in Anhui 241000) Abstract In this paper, I study the activity of chitosan on Basic brilliant green solution adsorption. The results showed that: For a certain concentration of Basic brilliant green Turquoise Blue solution.with the increasing amount of chitosan, chitosan on the Basic brilliant green turquoise blue solution gradually weakened adsorption. About the effect of chitosan dosage was 30mg a better. pH value in the 6-8 acidic condition, activity of chitosan on Basic brilliant green is better solution adsorption. With the increase of adsorption time, adsorption equilibrium value of the last growing. Under normal circumstances have 180 minutes to achieve a balance. Little effect of temperature on adsorption, adsorption at 25℃, the relatively good performance, the highest decolorization rate; chitosan adsorption capacity increases with the concentration of dye increases. Final conclusion: the dosage of 30mg or so of chitosan, pH, conditions in the 6-8, time 180 minutes, the temperature at 25 ℃ It has a good adsorption, decolorization rate of more than 90%.
