河北工程大学毕业设计（论文）任务书 姓名 王 磊 　　 　 　　专业 测绘工程 设计（论文）起止日期 201年月1日 至 201年6月 日 摘要 随着经济社会的不断发展人们对地籍测量工作提出了更高的要求。计算机技术的发展和测绘科学的不断进步，也使得人们对地籍测量所提出的更高要求逐渐得以实现从而形成了当代的地籍测量相关的完整理论和实践技术。地籍测量是为获取和表达地籍信息所进行的测绘工作，主要是测定每块土地的位置、面积大小，查清其类型、利用状况，记录其价值和权属，建立土地档案或地籍信息系统，供实施土地管理工作和合理使用土地时参考。电子全站仪、GPS-RTK及电子计算机的普及及它们在测量仪器中的比例逐渐增大，它们在数字地形图、地籍图的应用也在日趋广泛。传统的地籍测量手段已经难以满足实际工作的需要，现代测绘技术方法在地籍测量中正发挥着巨大的作用。 本文通过利用全站仪和GPS等仪器对邯郸市复兴区进行了全面的地籍测量。本文主要介绍了地籍测量的组织与实施，包括控制测量、1：500地形图测量、宗地权属调查、地籍测量、界址点测量、宗地图制作、面积量算汇总、城镇土地调查数据库建设及成果编制及汇总等内容。 关键字：地籍测量 全站仪 界址点 宗地图 Abstract With the development of social economy and the technology of computer and survey, the standard of soil management is becoming higher and higher, which promotes the progress of cad aster survey. Cadastral surveying and mapping work is expressed by the cadastral information to acquire and, is the main position, size determination of each piece of land, find out its types, utilization, recording its value and ownership, the land records or cadastral information system, reference for the implementation of land management and rational use of land. Electronic total station, GPS -RTK and the popularization of computer and their proportion in measuring instruments increases gradually, and their applications in the digital topographic map, cadastral map is more and more widely. Cadastral survey the traditional method has been difficult to meet the need of practical work, the modern surveying and Mapping Technology methods are playing an important role in the cadastral survey. In this paper, the cadastral survey of Fuxing district of Handan city by using GPS and total station instrument. This paper introduces the organization and implementation of cadastral survey, including control measurements, 1:500 topographic survey, cadastral survey, land ownership, the boundary point survey, cases of map making, measuring the area of summary, urban land survey database construction and results of compilation and summary etc..
