摘要 本说明书共分为三章。 第一章，主要叙述了模具工业的发展史。首先介绍模具工业在经济发展中的重要性，再从三个方面阐述了模具工业的发展史。简单介绍了如何分析冲裁零件。 第二章，电极板冲孔模设计部分。这部分介绍了电极板的结构工艺性分析，冲孔、落料的模具结构。并结合设计零件的实际结构、功能与用途，经过理论计算确定了比较合理的零件加工工艺，设计出了主要零件图。此次设计是对以前所血理论知识的一次比较系统的实际演练。 第三章，注塑模部分设计。这部分主要是隐形眼镜清洗盒的模具设计,通过对塑件进行工艺性的分析和比较,最终设计出一副塑料注塑模。本设计从产品的结构工艺性、具体模具结构出发，对模具的浇注系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核、模具成型部分的结构设计和计算、脱模推出机构等都有详细的设计。针对清洗盒的具体结构，并考虑经济性设计出这套注塑模。其优点是机构简单，模具外形小，生产效率高，模具的制造成本低。通过模具设计表明该模具能达到清洗盒的质量和加工工艺要求。 关键词：模具历史；冲压模；注塑模 Abstract specifications is three chapters together mark.
