ICAL STUDY OF TREATING URINARY STONES WITH THE METHODS OF ELIMINATING STASIS AND TREATING STANQURIA Specialy: Kidney Disease, Nephropathy Medicine of TCM Author: Tang hao Tutor: Professor Jiao Anqin ABSTRACT Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Remove stasis tong drench row stone soup on the urolithiasis with deficiency of hot and humid stasis resistance ，and probes into its mechanism ． Methods ：60 patients with hot and humid stasis resistance in urolithiasis were divided into two groups randomly ：the treated group(including 30 patients)and the controlled group(including 30 patients)，The former was given Remove stasis tong drench row stone soup；the later was given Compound money grass particles which fried with water，and drank by 3 times one day ．The period of treatment was a month ．Item were examed and analyzed before treatment and after treatment ． Results ：（1）After the treatment, the clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved ．The total effect rate of improving clinical symptoms，the treated group ：96.67 ％，and the controlled group ：66.67 ％were significantly different （p0.05 ），and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the treated group is more obvious than that of the controlled group. （2 ）The rate of urolithic elimination is 40.0 ％(include 38.4 ％renal calculus and 41.1 ％ureterral calculus eliminated) ，in treated group that was 23 ．3 ％(include 25 ％renal calculus and 21.1 ％ureterral calculus eliminated) ．The total effective rate of that was the same significantly different （p0.05 ）． Conclusion ：Remove stasis tong drench row stone soup can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with deficiency of hot and humid stasis resistance in urolithiasis and make the stone dissolved and elim
