热成形机床自动控制系统研究 ABSTRACT Hot-forming is an important method of plasticity forming, it is widely used in forming metal materials such as titanium alloy and high temperature alloy etc. As the main equipment for hot-forming, the development of advanced hot-forming press is of great importance both in plasticity forming research and production application. Proper automatic control system is promise and foundation to assure the hot-forming press property and safeguard workability. This paper focuses on the following procedures. First, the composing and control system are designed according to the control objective of hot-forming press. Then, the hardwares are selected and the software is designed according to the function of the system need to be attained. Last, the hardwares are linked together and the complete automatic control system is established. In this system, industrial control computer and HMI (Human Machine Interface) designed with Visual Basic is used as upper control unit to process and monitor technical parameters and data. PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is used as subordinate control unit to automatically control the action of the hot-forming press. Data are transmitted between them through RS-232 serial communication.The automatic control system has the advantages of industrial control computer and PLC so that it can satisify the hot-forming of different material and different technology.After the hardwares are selected and the software is designed , through a serial testing the control objective of hot-forming press is completed.
