We are always in the presence of at least one behaving person. Nor can there be anything more important, whether it is our own behavior or that of those whom we see every day or who are responsible for what is happening in the world at large. Nevertheless it is certainly not the thing we understand best. Granted that it is possibly the most difficult subject ever submitted to scientific analysis, i
