编 号： 审定成绩： 先锋软件学院 2014 届 毕业设计（论文） 题目： 酒店管理系统 分 院： 商务分院 学生姓名： 刘国辉 专 业： 电子商务技术 班 级： 1115 班 学 号： 201100001962 指导教师： 曹良 填表时间： 2013年10 月 【摘要】? 管理信息系统介入酒店日常的经营管理当中，已经有很长一段时间了。现如今，几乎所有大规模的酒店都有一套酒店管理系统，为其提供各方面的信息管理。随着时代的发展，酒店的经营范围早已不局限于提供住宿、餐饮、娱乐这些项目。承办会议，接待商务洽谈在酒店日常经营中的分量逐日增加，但是传统的酒店管理系统却不能提供这方面的服务，所以在会议承办上，还是利用人工的方式进行操作和管理，这样很不方面。本文就是在这种背景下提出的，主要针对酒店的会议承办及会议管理等方面，能做到系统化管理。? 文章通过实地调查，分析现有会议接待工作方式的不足，提出一套适用于酒店的会议管理系统。它可以实现对会议的预定、准备、管理等一系列工作过程的信息化管理，满足工作人员的会前查询、会中检查、会后审核的要求，还可以将与会议有关的信息汇总到一起，统一显示出来，充分展示了新系统的优势。本系统基于.NET平台，结合数据库，利用C#编程语言实现，其方便、快捷、易于操作，体现了管理信息系统的特点。 关键词:商务洽谈、系统化管理、管理信息系统 Abstract The management information system in daily operation and management of hotel, has a very long period of time. Nowadays, almost all large-scale hotel has a hotel management system, to provide all aspects of information management. With the development of era, the hotels business scope is not limited to provide accommodation, catering, entertainment, these projects. Host the meeting and business negotiation in the hotel reception in everyday business component increases day by day, but the traditional hotel management system cannot provide this service, so on meeting to undertake, or using artificial operation and management in the form of this aspect. This article is in this context, mainly for the hotels conference to undertake and meeting management, etc., can achieve systematic management. Through field investigation, analyzing the existing conference reception work, put forward a set of suitable for the hotels conference management system.
