艾志公司运用精益生产管理的现状与对策研究  摘  要  精益生产是丰田开创的一种全新的管理模式。低成本、高效率、高质量地 进行生产是所有生产型企业的梦想。从九十年代起，精益生产在我国各类生产 型企业中被广泛采用，人们都热衷与开展形式各样的精益生产活动，但究竟什 么是精益生产，精益生产的核心思想究竟是什么，中国企业改如何运用精益生 产的理念，遇到问题，该如何运用精益生产的理论并结合中国本土企业文化来 解决，这些都是我们在实际的生产管理过程中要面对的问题。 本文简单阐述了精益生产的理论，并以艾志公司运用精益生产管理的实例为剖 析对象，描述了艾志公司的生产管理现状，分析了艾志公司在生产计划中所面 临的各类典型问题，找出了相应的解决问题的对策。 本文共分为六章，第一章介绍了研究的背景以及研究的目的和意义；第二 章对精益生产的理论做了简单的概述；第三章表述了艾志公司的生产管理现状； 第四章对艾志公司生产管理中存在的问题进行了分析；第五章是对艾志公司精 益生产的优化设计；第六章是艾志精益生产优化设计的实施；第七章是结论和 展望。 关键词：精益生产；拉动式生产；生产计划；生产流程 Study of the actuality and countermeasure of Lean Production of AIG company ABSTRACT Lean Production, a new way of management, is originally from TOYOTA. Low cost, high efficiency, adequate quality is the dream for all production factories. From the nineties of the last century ,Lean Production has been widely used in various Chinese enterprises. Entrepreneurs start multifarious Lean Production warmly. However, what is Lean Production, what is the core concept of Lean Production, how do Chinese enterprises use Lean Production, how to solve problems by Lean Production within Chinese culture,Those above all are the problems that we should face. This article sets forth the theory of Lean Production simply ,deep analysis the theory of Lean Production with a realy case in AIG industries company. Study of the problems within AIG production and find the solutions for AIG production with Lean Production. This article has seven chapters. Chapter 1 introduce the background and objective of the research. Chapter 2 is the brief introduction of the theory about Lean Production. Chapter 3 represent the production management of AIG. Chapter 4 analyse the problems of AIG’s production management. Chapter 5 is the optimal design for AIG’s Lean Production.
