Method Method MMeetthhoodd Reading the domestic and foreign literature, then collect that met the inclusion criteria of patients with Colles fracture in 40 cases. Divide 40 cases of patients with Colles fracture into control group and treatment group and 20 cases in each group. The treatment group use the treatment of the static and dynamic balance concept and small splint external fixation; control group only with small splint external fixation. After treatment, two groups have reached the standard of fracture healing and Statisticalanalysistheobtainedclinicaleffect.
