With the rapid development of computer technology, communication technology and network technology, the structure of the library resources has changed greatly. The rapid development of digital, network, and electronic technology makes the type of library information resources and resource development from a single paper to the co-existence of a variety of electronic information and bibliographic information, and the information resources of digital resources is becoming the mainstream.
