锦州港粮食物流研究毕业论文.doc

摘 要 随着现代物流的迅速发展，现代粮食物流也迅速发展起来，港口作为现代交通运输的枢纽，在现代粮食物流发展中的作用日益突出。锦州港作为环渤海地区重要的港口之一，作为“北粮南运”中的黄金水道，在我国粮食流通与国际粮食贸易中发挥着重要的作用，加快发展锦州港粮食物流，对推动我国粮食流通、促进国民经济发展、以及促进对外贸易的发展都具有积极的作用。 论文通过查阅大量文献资料，对粮食物流的国内外研究现状进行了总结，并归纳出了港口物流特点、港口物流功能以及粮食物流概念、特点、功能等物流相关理论知识。并且，通过对锦州港进行调研，对锦州港粮食物流发展现状、以及辽宁省其他港口的粮食物流发展现状进行了总结，并从自然条件、地理位置、仓储能力、泊位能力以及主要机械和散粮专用车情况五个方面进行了详细分析，进而应用SWOT战略分析方法，详细分析了锦州港粮食物流发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，并根据分析结果提出了锦州港粮食物流的发展对策建议，旨在为企业粮食物流管理提供参考。 关键词：锦州港；粮食物流；行业分析；SWOT分析；发展对策 Abstract With the rapid development of modern logistics, modern grain logistics has developed rapidly, the port as a modern transportation hub, its role in the development increasingly prominent in the modern grain logistics. Jinzhou Port as one of the important ports of Bohai Sea region, as the golden waterway of North grain south, plays an important role in Grain Circulation and international food trade. Accelerating the development of Jinzhou Port grain logistics, has a positive effect to promote Chinas grain circulation, economic development and the development of foreign trade. The paper through a large number of literature, summarizes the research status of grain logistics at home and abroad, and summarized the characteristics of port logistics, port logistics function and the grain logistics concept, characteristic, function and other logistics related theory knowledge.
