中互文性是语篇生产者有意识或者无意识地为了让语言选择顺应语境因素（交际语境和 语言语境）而进行地动态协商的结果。 全文共五章。第一章介绍了本文的研究背景，提出了选题原因和研究问题，说明了 语料的收集、研究方法及意义。第二章首先从历时上讨论了互文性的学术渊源，然后从 共时上回顾了互文性在语言学领域的研究现状并指出其不足。第三章是基于语用综观论 而形成的理论框架。首先概述了语用纵观论的观点，解释了相关术语；接着介绍了本文 中互文性的定义和分类方法；进而提出了理论框架，指出语言的变异性是生成互文性的 前提条件，而语言使用者有意识或者无意识地为了让语言选择顺应语境因素而进行的动 态协商过程就是语篇互文性的生成实现过程。第四章具体分析《拍案警世》中的互文性 现象。首先对《拍案警世》中互文性作了定性分析，说明了它的表现形式，并以此来发 掘《拍案警世》中互文性的生成机制，最终指出《拍案警世》中互文性是语篇生产者有 意识或者无意识地为了让语言选择顺应语境因素而进行地动态协商的结果。第五章概括 了本文的研究成果，同时指出了本研究的局限及应用价值。 关键词：互文性，语用综观论，《拍案警世》 VI ABSTRACT Intertextuality refers to relationships among texts. As a basic feature of text, it has been taken into investigation by literary critics and discourse analysts for a long time. Making a general survey of these studies, it is found that most of them have been done to describe the manifestation of intertextuality. However, few researches have been made to probe into its generation. PAIANJINGSHI, as a type of TV legal program with the extremely high audience rating, has many intertextual elements which harmoniously co-exist. For the sake of elucidating the generation of intertextuality in PAIANJINGSHI, this paper attempts to make a tentative study on it in terms of the Perspective View of Pragmatics. The key theoretical goal of this thesis is to inquire into the generative mechanism of intertextuality in PAIANJINGSHI. A qualitative method adopted in this research is on the basis of the chosen data from PAIANJINGSHI which belongs to TV legal programs. The theoretical basis emerges from Jef Verschueren’s the Perspective View of Pragmatics, involving language, society, culture and cognition, which states that language use is the process of making linguistic choices
