Implementation of the applicable tender BOQ is an inevitable trend of Chinas construction market. Since the tender BOQ implemented in our country a short time, there are still many aspects need to be refined and improved. This article makes a research on tendering theory and practical issues of the bidding in construction market. Describe the specific implementation steps of BOQ in the bidding process, and describe the key work of bidding. The article introduces the preparation of Bill of quantities and evaluation and scaling combines the case, deepened the understanding of Bill of quantities. Finally, the article provides the suggestions for the problem which was proposed in the chapter one.
