淮 阴 工 学 院 毕业设计（论文） 作 者: 嵇辉 学 号： 1114104115 学 院: 数理学院 专 业: 信息与计算科学 （金融工程与金融数学方向） 题 目: 省域工业企业科技投入产出相对效率研究 指导者： 鲍红梅 副教授 评阅者： 嵇绍春 副教授 2015 年 5 月 毕业设计说明书（论文）中文摘要 摘要：推动工业企业前进的主要动力是科技的投入，它的投入数量以及利用效率将会直接影响科技水平和科技竞争能力。本文运用了DEA方法，对我国2010年和2013年31个省域工业企业的科技投入与产出的效率进行了横向和纵向研究。横向研究显示我国很多省域的工业企业科技投入产出处于无效状态，这也意味着科技投入存在浪费、科技资源利用效率低下的现象。所以，科技投入数量上不能够盲目追求，却忽略科技投入结构以及优化科技资源的配置。应该加强科技管理的水平，不断的加大科技产出来提高科技投入的产出效率。纵向研究发现我国的工业企业的科技投入产出效率在提高，说明我国工业企业科技资源的配置逐步得到优化，科技管理水平在不断加强。 关键词：科技投入产出，效率，DEA 毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要 Title Provincial industrial enterprise of science and technology input and output relative efficiency research Abstract The main driving force for promoting the industrial enterprises is the investment of technology, the quantity and the efficiency of the investment will directly affect the technological level and the competitiveness of science and technology. In this paper, the efficiency of scientific input and output of 31 provinces of our country in 2013 and 2010 was studied by using DEA method. Horizontal research shows that the output of scientific and technological input in many provinces is invalid, which means the phenomenon of the waste of scientific and technological input and the inefficient use of scientific and technological resources. So, the number of scientific and technological input can not be blindly pursued, while ignoring the structure of scientific and technological input and optimizing the allocation of scientific and technological resources. We should strengthen the level of scientific and technological management, and continuously increase the output of scientific and technological output to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological input.
