家族企业资本结构的优化研究 摘 要 随着中国在国际中经济地位的不断提升，作为我国经济体系中重要组成部分的家族企业也随之获得了更大的发展空间。但是发展带来的不只是机遇，同样也有挑战，怎样应对挑战，促进家族企业更好更快的发展也就成为我们必须思考的问题。 资本结构是现代财务管理的核心内容，是企业做出融资决策和投资管理的重要依据。只有合理的安排企业的资本结构，才能为企业带来收益，满足各个利益相关者的要求。本文从国内外关于资本结构的研究出发，将资本结构理论带入家族企业这一特殊地组织形式中，立足于我国家族企业发展的实际，阐述了目前我国家族企业资本结构的现状及特征，分析了呈现这种状况的因素。说明在现阶段市场经济还不成熟的背景下，怎样通过各种措施为家族企业的发展提供更好的内外部的环境，使其融资条件得以改善，进而优化其自身的资本结构，为家族企业的长远健康发展提供动力。 关键词 家族企业 资本结构 优化 Optimization Research of Family Business Capital Structure ABSTRACT With the continuous improvement of Chinas international economic position, the family business also gets a larger space for development as an important part in our economic system. But the development has brought not only opportunities, but challenges as well. It is the problem that we must think about how to deal with the challenges to promote the development of the family business. Capital structure is a role content of the modern financial management. Only reasonable arrangements for the capital structure in order to generate revenue for the enterprise to meet the requirements of stakeholders. This article begun with the definition of the family business and capital structure theory, indicated the objective situation the family business was faced based on the actual development of the family business. By researching and discussing the capital structure of our family business, we analyzed the situation, characteristics and influencing factors of the family businesss capital structure. Based on the fact that the market economy was not well developed, we revealed the measures to provide better internal and external development environment for the family business, so as to improve financing conditions, optimize the capital structure and promote the long-term healthy development for the family business.
