摘要
新一轮课程改革的提出,不仅推动了素质教育的发展,也加快了现代化教育的进程。
一方面,教师是实现新课程改革的关键因素,另一方面,新课程改革的不断深入,为教
师的专业发展提供了必要的条件和正确的方向。因此,教师如何发展自身、实现专业成
长将影响着新课程改革的有效实施,进而影响着社会的发展。在这样的契机下,不断实
现教师的专业成长是各级政府教育主管部门以及中小学校十分重视的问题。
海南省实施新课改近十年,然而在教师固有的教育思想、教学行为的影响下,依然
有许多教师很难适应新课改的需求,进而导致教师在专业成长的过程中出现了不少问
题,严重影响了教师队伍的整体质量。本论文采用问卷调查和访谈的方式,对海南省万
宁市重点中学教师专业成长的现状进行了深入的调查,分析影响教师专业成长的关键因
素,针对调查结果中教师专业成长的过程中出现的问题,提出一些参考性建议。

Abstract
Proposing a new round of curriculum reform not only promote the development of
quality education,but also speedup the process ofmodernization of education. On the one
hand,teacheristhekey factorofimplementationofthenewcurriculumreform;ontheother
hand, the constantly deepening of the new curriculum reform, to provide the necessary
conditionsandthe correct direction fortheprofessional development ofteachers. Therefore,
howteachersdevelopthemselvesandrealizetheprofessional growthwillaffecttheeffective
implementation ofthe new curriculumreform, thus influencing the development of society.
Constantlyimplementationofteachersprofessional developmentisaproblemthat shouldbe
attached great importance for government education departments at all levels, as well as
primaryandsecondaryschool.
The new curriculum reform has been implemented for about ten years in Hainan
Province. However, influencedby the inherent educationideology andteaching behavior of
the teacher, many teachers still have difficulty in adapting to the new curriculum
requirements, which led to a lot of problems in the process of teacher professional
development, severelyaffectingthe overallqualityofteachers.Thispaper made anin-depth
investigationofthecurrent situationofteachersprofessional developmentinthekeymiddle
schoolofWanningCity,Hainanprovinceintheformofquestionnairesurveyandinterviews.
