中文摘要 在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中，伴随社会的深刻变革，新的不稳定因素 凸显。只有通过科学地分析，不断完善政治稳定机制，规范各种利益关系、协调 各种矛盾和冲突，才能保证我国现代化建设健康、和谐、稳定的发展。 现行政治稳定机制的运行，保证了社会的基本稳定。但是，应对社会变革中 不断产生的新的不稳定因素，现行政治稳定机制仍存在一定的问题。确保我国构 建社会主义和谐社会进程中的社会稳定，需要进一步完善政治稳定机制。我国所 要建设的社会主义和谐社会，应该是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、 安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。目前关于政治稳定机制的研究对于如何构 建中国特色社会主义政治稳定机制的研究尚处于探索阶段：多是单纯强调政治稳 定机制的构建，忽视了健全政治稳定机制的出发点和着眼点。 本文在遵循马克思主义政治稳定理论的基础上，综合运用政治学、社会学、 法学等原理和知识，借鉴西方有关政治稳定机制方面的优秀研究成果，深入分析 了我国现行政治稳定机制的现状，提出健全适应建设社会主义和谐社会目标要求 的政治稳定机制的对策与建议。 本文除论文综述外分为三个部分： 第一部分对本文的有关概念作了适当阐释，通过对政治稳定机制与社会和谐 目标的关系论证，明确了完善政治稳定机制的指导方向。 第二部分深入分析了我国政治稳定机制的现状，对应构建和谐社会的目标， 找出不足与成因，在此基础上，明确了完善政治稳定机制的指导理念与目标。 第三部分立足于社会公平，着眼于民主政治的广泛实现和政府执政能力的提 高，提出完善政治稳定机制的对策与建议。 关键词：和谐社会；社会转型；政治稳定机制；社会稳定 I Abstract In the process of harmonious society construction, accompany with profound social changes, new instable factors are highlighted.
