青岛近海和胶州湾微生物调查报告 姜松 山颖获 杨小满 杨勤勤 张国锐 （中国海洋大学化学化工学院 山东青岛 266010） 摘要 海洋生物调查是海上实习调查的重要组成部分，主要任务是查清海区生物的种类组成，数量分布等。本文简要介绍了海上浮游生物调查的主要调查工具和设备，以及样品取样保存方法。并对本次海上实习青岛胶州湾海域连续站与大面站所取样品进行定性分析，共发现生物20种其中植物15种，动物5种，并分别进行了简要介绍。 关键字：海洋调查 浮游生物 胶州湾 青岛近海 AbstractThe marine biology investigation is the marine practice investigation important constituent, the primary mission is investigates thoroughly the sea area biology the species composition ,the quantity distribution and so on.
