临床医学一肿瘤 · 中国医药导报2015年l0月第l2卷第29期 NF--KB在胃癌组织中的表达与临床病理的 相关性研究 赵 煜 曾 杰 · 四川省人民医院急诊外科，四川成都 610072 摘【要】目的检测 胃癌组织中核因子 KB(nuclearfactorkappabinding，NF—KB)的表达情况，探索NF—KB与临床病 理的相关性 方法 选取2004年 1月 2009年 1月四川省人民医院病理科收入的50例 胃癌患者和同期的50例非 肿瘤患者，应用免疫组织化学方法 (SP法)检测 胃癌患者病灶组织及癌旁组织、非肿瘤患者 胃黏膜组织的NF—KB， 比较分析不同临床病例特征者的NF—KB的表达情况，并比较不同的NF—KB表达情况者的5年生存率。结果 胃 癌患者胃癌组织、癌旁组织和非肿瘤患者 胃黏膜组织中NF—KB蛋白阳性表达率分别为76．0％(38／50)、4．0％(2／50) 和 16．0％(8／50)，差异均有统计学意义(X2=20．404，43．511，6．655，均P0．05)渭癌组织中NF—KB的表达与脉管侵 犯、浸润程度、淋巴结转移、当肿瘤直径5cm时，与肿瘤大小呈正相关 (r=0．318，0．243，0．315，0．350；P=O．002， O．002，0．035，0．001)，与分化程度无相关性(r=0．119，P=0．242)，非肿瘤患者NF—KB低表达者的5年生存率显著高 于高表达者(P0．05)。结论 NF—KB阳性表达与 胃癌的侵袭、转移密切相关，检测NF—KB的表达对 胃癌病情监 测及转移潜能及预后估计等方面有重要参考价值。 关【键词】胃癌；NF—KI3；免疫组织化学 中【图分类号】R735．2 文【献标识码】A 文【章编号】1673—7210(2015)10(b)一0070—04 StudyonthecorrelationbetweentheexpressionofNF-KB ingastriccan· cerandclinicalpathology ZHA0Yu ZENGJie DepartmentofEmergencySurgery，SichuanProvincialPeoplesHospital，SichuanProvince，Chendu 610072，China A【bstract】0bjectiveTodetecttheexpressionofnuclearfactorKBingastriccancertissue (NF—KB)andexploreits correlationwithclinicopathologic．MethodsFromJanuary 2004toJanuary 2009，50patientswithgastriccancerand50 caseswithouttumorinSichuanProvincialPeoplesHospitalwereselected，thentheexpressionofNF-KB inlesiontis— sueandadjacenttissuesofpatientswithlungcancerandgastricmucosatissueofnon—tumerpatientsweredetected withimmunohistochemistry(SPmethod)．TheexpressionofNF—KBwithdifferentclinic0pathol0gicalfeatureswerecorn— pared，andthe5-yearsurvivalrateswereobserved．ResultsThepositiveexpressionratesofNF—KBinlesiontissueand adjacenttissuesofpatientswithlungcancerandingastricmucosatissueofnon-tumerpatientswererespectively 76．0％(38／
