核电站调节控制系统的数字仿真研究 摘 要 由于核电站的设备精密度高 操作复杂 危险的性大 反应堆工程领 域成为了仿真技术应用最早 最广泛的领域之一 不管是科学的研究 安 全测试还是员工培训 仿真都扮演着重要的角色 近几年来 随着计算机技术的迅猛发展 仿真技术也得到了空前提高 软硬件水平的提高使得仿真从实物 半实物过渡到全数字的化 出现了虚 拟仪器技术 大大提高了仿真性能 降低了成本 LabVIEW 是虚拟仪器软 件中的开创性产品 它采用图形化开发环境 开发流程清晰 编译过程简 单 前台界面美观 非常地适合用于核电站的仿真研究 本文采用 LabVIEW 软件建立一套核电站调节系统的仿真模型 以大 亚湾一期核电站的调节系统为研究对象 首先对堆芯功率 一回路平均温 度 调硼浓度 稳压器压力 稳压器液位 蒸汽发生器液位和蒸汽发生器 旁排等对象的热工水力模型和控制模型进行全面研究 然后 对控制系统 分别进行仿真建模 并对仿真模型和仿真结果进行简单分析 最后 建立 联网仿真 利用网络进行关键参数的传递 将分布在几个电脑上的模块连 接成为一个整体 使得我们可以在针对单一系统 单一变量进行研究的时 候可以看到其对整体系统的影响 同时还有效的利用了硬件资源 整体仿 真速度较高 LabVIEW 仿真在核电仿真领域应用前景看好 关键词 虚拟仪器 LabVIEW 控制模型 联网仿真 Digital Simulation on Adjustment and Control System of a Nuclear Power Plant ABSTRACT As the equipment of the nuclear power plant is very precious, the operation is complex and hazardous, the engineering of nuclear power plant becomes one of earliest and broadest field that simulate technology applies. Simulation plays an important part on scientific studies, security tests and employee trainings. Years lately, with the rapid development of computer technology, the level of the simulation technology has also been enhanced. The improvement of the hardware and software makes simulation evolved from practical simulation, half-pratical simulation to digital simulation,and it also emerged virtual instruments technology, which not only greatly improved capability of simulation, but also reduced the cost.
