湖北工業大學 毕业设计（论文）任务书 课题名称： 奶瓶盖注塑模 学生姓名： 系 别： 机械工程学院 专 业： 模具设计与制造 指导教师： 2011 年 6 月 12 日 设计任务书 设计题目： 奶瓶盖注塑模的设计 设计要求： 确定合理工艺方案 设计合理的模具结构 设计要全面介绍模具的工作原理 内容丰富、文字精练、讲述详细、实用价值高 设计内容： 装配图 1张， 产品图 1张，零件图6张， 设计说明书1份， 指导教师（签名）： 1 引言 塑料具有密度小、质量轻而强度高、刚度大、绝缘性着色性好、成型方便等优点，成为20世纪发展最快材料之一。各种各样、形状颜色各异的塑料零配件出现在我国工业、农业及日常生活当中。以塑代钢、以塑代木已成为一种趋势。本文采取日常生活中婴幼儿哺乳奶瓶盖设计，介绍一种成型内螺纹塑件的新型塑料模具。在螺纹的成型与推出方式上采用斜滑块的形式，取代传统螺纹塑件的强制脱模或旋转脱模的方式，保证螺纹塑件的精度。其中模具结构设计是这次设计的主要内容，其内容包含了模具的分型面选择、主流道及分流道的设计与布局，推出机构导向机构,铰链的设计等一系列模具的重要零部件的设计加工方法和加工注意要点。这样更有利于加工人员的一线操作，使其通俗易懂加工方便。本次设计不仅让我熟悉了课本所学的知识，而且让我做到所学的运用到实践当中，更让我了解了塑料模具设计的全过程和加工实践的各种要点。使我在本次设计实践当中有一个质的飞跃。 Introduction Plastic with a density, quality of light and high strength, stiffness, insulation, and good color, shape and easy, in the 20th century, one of the fastest growing material.
