Hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle with is highly efficient and clean has been one kind of the alternative-fuel vehicles, to protect the natural environment and to reduce the consumption of the oil resource, many fields from government to industry as well as academic field are active in the research and development on the Hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle which can speed up the utilization of the Hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle. As a clean and highly efficient power generation technology, the Hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle is expected to be the vehicle’s power equipment in the next generation. The Hydrogen fuel-cell and electric vehicle which integrates many kind of high-tech including machinery, electronics, energy, computers, automobiles and Information Technology is a typical high-tech product, with the rapid development of mechanical and electrical technology, computer-controlled technology, electrical chemistry technology and material technology , the Hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle will make breakthrough progress in many respects, such as manufacture, development, industrialization and commercialization, etc. In the near future, the Hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle will become the main trend technology and the green traffic tool in the 21st century.
