摘要 2007年底以来，美国次贷危机爆发，逐步演变为金融危机并向国外扩散。特别是去年9月份以来，国际金融形势急剧恶化，迅速演变成上世纪30年代“大萧条”以来最严重的国际金融危机。金融危机又迅速影响实体经济，这场源自美国的金融危机，波及范围之广、冲击力度之强、连锁效应之快都是前所未有的全球性经济衰退的风险明显增大。如何迅速遏止金融危机、迅速遏制金融危机对实体经济的影响，是当前世界各国的头等大事和一致行动。中国政府如何进一步客观冷静评估这场危机对中国经济金融体系的影响和冲击程度，直接决定着中国可能采取的应对政策的力度和启动的速度，而政府所做的决策则是决定着企业的存活，决定着人民的生活水平，决定着国民经济的发展。 本文采用了定量和定性的方法，结合金融学，经济学，银行学，管理学等相关理论，分析金融危机对我国中小企业的影响，通过对影响的分析，充分了解如今中小企业的难处所在，针对性地提出了相关的解决对策，逐一解决企业所面临的困境，为企业管理层和政府决策者提供一些参考建议。 关键词 金融风暴；中小企业；影响；对策与措施 Abstract the U.S. sub-loan crisis broke out in the end of 2007.Very soon it became a worldwide financial crisis. Since specially last September, the international finance situation worsens suddenly, and it evolved rapidly the most serious international finance crisis since the 1930s’great depression. The financial crisis also affected the entity economy rapidly. The area ，strong and rate of this influence is unprecedented. The global economic recessions risk increases obviously. How to stop the financial crisis and the affect on entity economy rapidly is the first thing every country must do together. Dynamics and the start speed of the policy adopted possibly by China are decided directly by Chinese government how to appraise further the influence and impact to economy financial system in this crisis. Enterprises survival peoples living standard and the national economy development are decided by the decision-making of government. This article has used the quota and the qualitative method and related theories : finance study, economic, banking, management and so on to analyze the influence to our small and medium-sized enterprise in this financial crisis. We will understand the difficult of small and medium-sized enterprise .Make pointed proposed the related solution and solve the difficult gradually after analyzing the influence.
