四、在分析津市市耕地保护的PSR实证部分中，本文运用SPSS统
计软件，首先采用因子分析方法对影响津市市耕地利用变化的驱动因
素进行分析，发现影响津市市耕地利用变化的驱动因子主要是人口增
长和经济发展状况、国家政策和制度，然后对提取的两个主要因子进
行多元线性回归，得到耕地利用变化驱动力的线性回归方程。并提出
实现津市市耕地可持续利用的对策和建议：提高用地的集约利用水
平；控制人口增长，缓解人地矛盾；加强对耕地的管理和技术支持；
创新耕地保护机制。
