However, SMEs in their development face with financing difficulties, which has become an important factor to restrict the development of SMEs, a serious impediment to its rapid development. Therefore, the analysis of SME financing difficulties of the current situation and the causes and investigate its solution will be a very important theoretical and practical significance The paper aims to discuss the financing difficulties of medium-sized and small enterprises in China and to propose a solution using the method of comparison and research, the status quo and does medium-sized and small enterprise and international comparison of the three main aspects of research.
