PAGE 摘 要 企业创新关系着企业的生存，作为企业家必须具有一定的创新精神，企业家创新精神是决定企业绩效和其长远发展的核心要素。本文对于中国企业家创新精神的研究旨在丰富企业家精神的理论内涵，推动企业改革创新的步伐，帮助企业在激烈的市场竞争环境中找到竞争优势，明确自身定位。文章的研究内容分别是：企业家创新精神理论概述、中国企业家创新精神培养存在的障碍、中国企业家创新精神不足的原因分析以及中国企业家创新精神的培养。本文通过深入的理论分析、现状及原因分析，找到了影响企业家创新精神的主要问题并针对这些问题给出了多个角度的解决方案和可行措施。 关键词：企业家；企业家精神；创新精神 ABSTRACT Innovation is the essential for the survival of an enterprise. As an entrepreneur, one must be of the ability of innovative spirit. Entrepreneurs’ initiative spirit is a key element of deciding enterprise’s performance and its long-term development .In this paper, the innovative spirit of Chinese entrepreneurs for the purpose of the study is to enrich the connotation of the theory of entrepreneurship and to promote the pace of enterprise reform. Besides, it will help enterprises to find a competitive advantage in the fierce market competition and clearly positioning itself. The contents of the article is： theoretical overview of the innovative spirit of entrepreneurs, innovative spirit of Chinese entrepreneurs Problems ,the reasons for the Chinese entrepreneurs lack of innovative and how to cultivate the innovative spirit of Chinese entrepreneurs. Through in-depth theoretical analysis and the reasons for the status quo analysis, the impact of entrepreneurs have found the spirit of innovation and the main issues to solve these problems given the perspective of a number of solutions and practical measures.
