Microcapsules of Snowmelt Agent and Melting Snow Fog Seal Research A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Chang Rong Supervisor：Prof. Han Sen Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 微胶囊融雪剂及融雪雾封层是一种沥青路面预防性养护乳液，通过降低冰点来达 到冬季去除道路冰雪的目的。微胶囊融雪雾封层是将加入融雪盐的乳化沥青喷洒在道 路表面形成封层，能有效降低冰点，抑制冻结。但乳化沥青在加入大量盐的作用下极 易产生破乳的现象，使得喷洒作业及喷洒后路面的维护工作无法进行。本研究使用高 分子物质包裹盐，形成胶囊结构来保护乳化的作用。微胶囊融雪雾封层是结合传统融 雪剂及养护封层的优点新发展起来的一种预防性养护措施。 本文详细阐述和分析了微胶囊融雪剂的构成及组分，通过实验进行了乳化剂、添 加剂、胶囊盐乳液等基材的筛选。试验研究了微胶囊融雪剂的生产工艺、降低冰点效 果和抵抗反复冻融的性能，提出并实现各种性能要求并制定满足融雪性能要求的配伍 设计。 研究表明，微胶囊融雪剂的好坏关键在于乳化沥青的储存稳定性及构成胶囊盐乳 液的材料及配伍设计方案。微胶囊融雪雾封层大规模施工前，室内试验，室外小型实 验，现场试验段的检测至关重要。 关键字:微胶囊、融雪雾封层、胶囊盐乳液、冰点试验 I Abstract Microcapsules of snowmelt agent and melting snow fog seal is a kind of emulsion which used for asphalt pavement preventive maintenance, by lowering ice point to achieve the purpose of removing snow and ice on road in winter. Spray the emulsified asphalt which adding salt on road will be formed into the Microcapsules snowmelt sealing layer ，it can effectively reduce the freezing point and inhibit freeze. But under the action of adding a large number of salt in emulsified asphalt is susceptible to the phenomenon of demulsification, it makes the spray operations and road maintenance work unable to proceed. So the study using polymer material packages of salt formed capsule structure to protect the emulsion. The snow melting agent in Microcapsules is combined with traditional snow-melting agent and the benefits of maintenance sealing developed a new preventive maintenance measure. The paper expo
