It primely puts forward an excellent farm produce circulation service system ，presents the view of value net structure and collaborative e － commerce mode ，and further designs the systemic framework of collaborative e － commerce in order to provide an ideal paradigm for the core con- struction of circulation platform in virtual wholesale market.
