摘 要 摘 要 在行业结构调整背景下，企业竞争优势的获得，主要依靠企业发展战略的选择和制 定。本文从化纤行业结构调整入手，从企业的具体情况出发，通过分析保定天鹅化纤集 团有限公司现状和内、外部环境，对集团公司的发展战略进行分析和选择。在分析上使 用 PEST 分析方法、SWOT 分析方法、波特“五力”分析模型等规范性理论分析方法及工 具，在充分分析国家宏观环境及公司行业环境基础上，结合保定天鹅化纤集团有限公司 自身的实际情况及存在的问题，对企业发展目标和发展战略和实施策略进行研究。通过 本文研究，有助于弥补产业结构调整背景下对化纤行业的具体企业发展战略研究的空 白，针对行业中老的国有中型企业，探索一个有效的发展战略，为类似企业提供一个好 的思路。 关键词 战略 结构调整 化纤行业 战略制定 战略实施 I Abstract Abstract Under the background in the industry structure adjustment, the competitive advantages of enterprises, mainly rely on enterprise development strategy and formulation.
