工程项目质量管理与控制 摘 要 今年来我国工程项目建设进入到了全新的发展时期，从上世纪九十年代开始我国大量培养工程建设高素质人才。到如今越来越多的工程项目施工技术人员切实参与到了各种各样的工程建设项目中，越来越多的新思想、新技术、新工艺、新方法、新材料被应用到了如今的工程项目建设过程中。但工程项目建设质量是评价一个工程项目是否成功的关键指标，尤其是建筑工程项目建设质量直接关乎到未来建筑的安全性以及使用者的生命，如何来多工程项目建设质量进行有效的管理和控制一直都是政府到建设施工单位不断思考的问题。本文在参考大量文献资料的基础上，对工程项目建设质量的管理与控制进行了理论分析和探讨希望能够给未来的建筑工程项目建设提供思路依据。主要的研究探讨内容有如下几个方面：首先，对工程项目建设质量控制的概念、项目分类、项目管理做了总结性概述；然后，对项目建设质量管理的特点、影响因素以及存在的一些问题进行了探讨和分析；而后，对工程项目建设质量管理控制中的制度建设、质量体系、管理过程、管理方法、管理结构以及几个新材料、技术应用进行了探讨分析；最后对全文的分析探讨做了总结概述。 关键词：工程项目；质量；质量控制；项目建设；建筑工程；施工管理 ABSTRACT This year the project construction of our country entered a brand-new development period, begin our mass culture construction of high-quality talent from the ninetys of the last century. Up to now the engineering project construction technology more and more to participate in a variety of engineering construction project, more and more new ideas, new technology, new technology, new method, new material has been applied to the project construction process now in. But the project construction quality is a key index to evaluate a projects success, especially in the architectural engineering project construction quality directly related to the future construction of security as well as the users life, how to project construction quality management and control has been the government to the construction unit continuously the problem of thinking. In this paper, based on a lot of literature, management and control of construction quality of engineering project are analyzed and discussed to provide ideas for construction project of building the future. The main research contents are as follows: firstly, the concept of quality control of engineering project construction, the project classification, project management has done a summary overview; then, are discussed and the analysis of the characteristics of quality management in the project construction, the influence factors and existing problems; then, the system construction, quality management control
