Guided by the project post-evaluation theory and compared with the general construction projects, the paper studied the post-evaluation framework for PPP projects. Firstly, the concept of post-evaluation for PPP projects is given in the paper. Secondly, the post-evaluation framework of PPP projects is established, including the process, benefit and impact, public-private cooperation, sustainability and synthesis evaluation. The objectives and contents of the post-evaluation for public-private cooperation are detailed discussed then. Finally, the map of operational process and feedback mechanism is presented. These results have some significance for the researches on the post-evaluation for PPP projects.
