企业员工培训风险研究 摘要 在经济全球化和信息技术革命的推动下,在国内市场经济体制逐渐完善,企业竞争 异常激烈的环境中,企业员工培训在企业管理中的地位日益突出,成为企业适应环境、 实现增值及企业全面发展的最便捷和不可或缺的途径。培训是企业最重要的人力资本投 资,通过对企业员工培训,企业可保持其创新和盈利能力,员工也增加了其人力资本含 量,这本应是一个双赢的过程,而事实上,培训具有高风险的属性。培训风险防范意识 淡薄、培训体制不完善、过程管理不当、成果转化效率低下等导致的培训风险往往令企 业培训工作进退维谷。 现阶段我国企业员工培训工作总体处于高风险、低效率的状态。这主要源于企业培 训投资力度不足、覆盖面窄、缺乏针对性,个人与企业目标的差异性及优秀企业文化与 合理培训体系的缺失。要改变这种状态,要求企业着力于强化风险防范意识、提高培训 质量、完善培训系统和优秀企业文化的构建。政府也应发挥其作用,适当加大对企业培 训的管理力度,为企业规避培训风险搭建一个指导协调的平台。 关键词: 企业;员工培训;风险 I Abstract RESEARCH ON THE EMPLOYEES’ ENTERPRISES ABSTRACT Under the circumstances of economic globalization and information technology revolution, the domestic economy in China has become more market-oriented, and the competition among enterprises is on the rise. Employee training has now become one of the most convenient and significant means for the enterprises to adapt to the new environment quickly and attain corporate financial and development goals. Therefore, employee training has been playing an increasingly important role in successful business administration. The enterprises can maintain as well as strengthen the ability to innovate and gain profits by employees training, one of the most important channels of human resource investment. It can lead to a win-win situation, in which employees can both improve their skills and enrich their knowledge.
