论工程总承包的信息收集及信息反馈系统 　　摘要：本文主要介绍了工程总承包信息特点以及信息的流动及反馈。在对信息分析鉴别上着重指出其原则、标准、时效性，提出了应重点考虑的问题。通过对信息的真实可靠性进行分析，从中摘取有价值的部分进行整编并汇报，以便在组织施工过程中做出准确的决策。在对整个工程总承包的固定信息反馈上以图标的形式列举在施工过程中各个参建单位以及辅助行业的信息流转过程及时间安排。 　　关键词：工程总承包；信息收集；信息反馈 　　Abstract: this paper mainly introduces the project general contracting characteristic and the flow of information and feedback information. On identification of information analysis highlighted the principle, standard, timeliness, and puts forward the key consideration of the problem. Through the analysis of the actual reliability of the information to gather valuable part o
