对我国现状地下空间开发利用的探索 　　摘 要：土地资源是城市发展的基础，随着全国耕地面积持续减少和城市面积急速扩张土地资源已经成为城市发展的稀缺资源之一。开发地下空间，节约土地资源，减少人均地面建设用地，减缓建成区扩展速度，推动老城区地上地下整体改造，鼓励土地综合利用，提高单位土地产值，构筑资源节约型和谐城市，已成为大势所趋。本文就针对我国现势下的地下空间利用作出了简要的论述。 　　关键词：地下空间；开发利用；规划 　　Abstract: The land resources is the foundation of city development, along with the national arable land continued to decrease and the rapid expansion of city area of land resources has become one of the citys development of scarce resources. The development of underground space, save the land resources, reduce the per capita land construction land, slow growth rate of built-up area,
