小型农田水利建设现状及问题的研究 　　摘要 ：近年来，干旱问题已经成为严重制约我国农村经济发展的重要问题。而从功能上看，小型农田水利工程建设由于投资小、见效快，使用性强而成为解决这一问题的重要途径。但是，不容忽视的是由于小型农田水利工程建设规模小且分布相对比较分散，本文结合实际情况详细分析了我国农田水利工程建设存在问题的原因，并提出了完善的对策建议。 　　关键词：农田水利；工程建设；水利设施 　　Abstract: In recent years, drought has become an important problem restricting the development of rural economy in china.
