CFD技术及其在新型干法水泥 工业中的应用 摘要： 现代CFD技术经过三个历史阶段的发展,、已趋于成熟、实用,商业软件基本做到了“如果是流态的,我们就可能对它进行分析”。该技术在与流动有关的工程中的应用越来越广泛,在产品的原型设计、参数化设计与虚拟实验、设计优化方面表现出明显的优越性。通过采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)技术解决的实际工程问题, 在新型干法水泥生产技术的发展过程中,CFD是一种重要的高效研究手段,尤其是在实现新型干法水泥生产的高效、低耗、环保、利废的发展目标,CFD技术可以发挥其它研究手段所不能替代的作用。 本文基于当前较为流行CFD软件包之一—FLUENT，同时结合赞比亚拉法基CHILANGA 2000t/d生产线的生产调试工作，首次实现了预分解系统热态流场的研究，解决了系统流场研究中必须解决若干关键问题。以此说明CFD技术在新型干法水泥工业中的应用。 关键词：CFD技术；新型干法；水泥；回转窑 Abstract: Modern CFD technology has become mature and practical after evolving over three stages. Now it is possible for people to use commercial CFD software to solve any flow problems. The use of CFD in engineering related with flow has been growing and has proved its advantages in computer aided design such as prototype design, parametric design, visual experiment, and design optimization etc. In this paper, several practical engineering problems solved by CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) Technology are expounded, which proves that CFD Technology is an important research method with high efficiency, especially for the purpose of realizing the goals of high efficiency, less consumption, environmental protection and waste utilization, CFD technology can exert its effect that other research method can not do in the development of the new type dry-process cement production. Based on the one of the most popular CFD software package – FLUENT，and integrated with the commissioning task of Larfage Zambia CHILANGA 2000t/d production line, the thermal flow field inside the predecomposition system is achieved in this dissertation for the first time by solving several key problems that have no choice but to be solved for the study of system flow field, such as the boundary algorithm of cyclone ash outlet etc. In order to explain that CFD technology in NSP cement industrial application.
