民营企业在我国国民经济中具有重要作用,在一定程度上影响地区乃至整个国家经济的繁荣和社会的稳定。因此,民营企业在国民经济中的地位决定了我们必须把它建设好。
21世纪是知识经济时代,竞争也日益提升,而这些经济竞争,科学技术竞争,智力的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争,招聘作为获得人力资本的关键步骤,对整个企业人力资源建设和管理起着至关重要的作用招聘工作质量如何对企业的影响往往是长期性的,甚至决定性的。它决定着企业所有人力资源的源泉,没有企业可以脱离这个程序它决定了企业的人力资源的数量,质量和结构制约了企业各项工作的顺利开展,是企业战略得以实施的基础Private enterprises in China has an important role in the national economy, to a certain extent, affected the region and the countrys economic prosperity and social stability. Therefore, private enterprises the status of the decision in the national economy that we must build it.
21st century is the era of knowledge economy, rising competition, and these economic competition, science and technology competition, intellectual competition, the final analysis, talent competition, recruitment of human capital as a key step to obtain the entire enterprise from the construction and management of human resources a crucial role.How the quality of recruitment is often the impact on the business long term, even decisive. It determines the source of all human resources business, no enterprise can out of the program, but also it determines the number of corporate human resources, quality and structure. It restricts the smooth conduct of the business, is the basis for corporate strategy to be implemented. Therefore, the establishment of a comprehensive recruitment mechanism, is the prerequisite for development and growth of private enterprises. From the status of private enterprise recruitment, recruitment process and research problems, solutions to problems in these three areas of private enterprise recruitment problems and solutions.
