PC , ISA PCI ISA ISA ISA PCI PCI CH365 Windows2000 WDM Windows DLL Autocad DXFR12 ISA PCI WDM I ABSTRACT As a hotspot in laser processing technology, laser marking and engarving technology are being rapidly developed, having a wide marketing foreground.This thesis introduces the research of PC_based laser marking system. The system includes two parts hardware and software,in the system,the control card is the kernel part which accept control instruction and driver servomotor and conrol laser machine.This thesis improves on the ISA card and converts it to PCI bus,moreover provides driver program and testing marking software. This thesis analyses and studies the control card. Firstly ,the thesis introduces ISA bus and introduces the ISA card in detail ,then discusses its shortage and improve it .Secondly, the thesis introduces the interface circuit of ISA convertion to PCI,mostly introduces the application of CH365 interface chip and the definition of correlative PCI bus interface. The driver program of the card when it works on windows 2000 has also been introduced.On the base of introduction of WDM(Winodws Driver Model) ,according to the requirement of the laser marking system,the driver program has been achieved and the DLL(Dynamic Link Library)function has been compiled.
