江西省大学生足球裁判员的发展现状与研究 院 系： 专 业 班： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导老师： 2013年3月 江西省大学生足球裁判员的发展现状与研究 摘要 裁判员与裁判行为是所有竞技体育活动的有机组成部分，是保障比赛顺利进行的重要纽带，是公平、公正、公开的合理诠释者。现如今足球活动享誉世界，各地开展足球比赛以蔚然成风，发展足球裁判事业已成为我国足球提高的必然趋势。作为知识青年的主力军--大学生，更是未来足球裁判员发展的一种趋势。本文通过对江西省大学生足球裁判员的发展现状展开调查，运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理分析法和访谈法，并结合笔者作为足球裁判员的多年一线经历，对江西省大学生足球裁判员的发展情况、江西省大学生足球裁判发展中出现的问题、以及江西省大学生足球裁判员的发展提出相应的对策与建议。 关键词：江西省大学生 足球裁判员 现状 对策 Abstract Umpire and referee behavior is an integral part of all sports activities, is an important link, safeguarding the smooth progress of the game is fair and reasonable public interpreter nowadays football activity is famous in the world, everywhere in the football match is here to stay, football referee career development has become the inevitable trend in the rise of football in China as the mainstay of educated youth - college students, but also the future of football referees a trend in the development of this article through to the JiangXi province university student football referees development present situation investigation, literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical analysis and interview method, and combined with the author as a football referees frontline experience for many years, with the development of JiangXi province university student football referees in JiangXi province university student football referees and problems appeared in the development of college students in JiangXi province football cut.
