园林绿化工程施工管理相关问题浅析 　　摘要：园林绿化建设工程是指在一定的区域运用工程技术手段和艺术手段，通过改造地形、种植花草树木、营建建筑小品、布置园路等途径而形成的美丽的自然游憩境域的建设风景园林绿地的工程。这是一项极其复杂系统的工程，必须加强对其的施工管理。园林工程施工管理是施工程管理的重要组成部分，以安全为前提，加强施工组织，以达到实现绿化工程在园林工程中的最佳效益的目的。本文分析了园林绿化工程的特点，对目前施工管理中存在的问题进行了归纳，并从施工前的准备阶段和施工阶段论述了加强施工管理的措施，最后提出了加强园林绿化工程施工管理的质量保证措施。 　　关键词：园林绿化；施工管理；管理水平；措施；效益 　　Abstract: the landscape construction project is to point to in a certain area by engineering technology and art means, through the transformation terrain, planting flowers and plants trees, building construction sketch, decorate the way such as garden road, in the form of beautiful natural recreation of the condition of the construction of green space landscape architecture engineering.
