As the quantity of urban automobile has increased continuously in nowadays, the hard-to-Park Problem has become a common phenomenon. Mechanical stereo garage can use land resource sufficiently and bring space advantage into play，and maximize the number of parking cars. With the development of the city, the stereoscopic parking system has got great progress，from simple mechanical parking equipment development to modern highly automated parking equipment by computer management，become strong practicability，ornamental and suitable for urban environmental construction. Papers around the characteristics and application of stereoscopic parking facilities research this topic，from the development of three-dimensional garage type application and design of the four aspects respectively analyzes the role of three-dimensional garage in actual use，three-dimensional garage for a specific analysis.
