摘 要 E—钙粘着蛋白在鳞癌、鲍温病、脂溢性角化病中的 表达和意义 研究生：杨洪 导师：普雄明教授 摘 要 目的: 通过对脂溢性角化病（Seborrheic keratosis,SK ）、鲍温病（Bowens Disease,BD ）和皮肤鳞状细胞癌（Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma,CSCC ）中的E— 钙粘着蛋白（E- cadherin ，E-cad ）表达的研究,探讨E-cad 与皮肤肿瘤及其癌前病变 的关系，为临床上CSCC 早期侵袭转移的判断,治疗方法的选择和随访提供较为确切 有效的依据。方法:应用免疫组化染色方法检测 E-cad 在已确诊的 20 例脂溢性角化 病、20 例鲍温病、20 例皮肤鳞状细胞癌和 10 例正常皮肤石蜡切片中表达情况。结 果:E-cad 在SK 表皮中的表达与正常表皮相似，为表皮全层细胞间较强的染色，而在 CSCC 中表达显著减弱或完全无表达，在BD 中的表达下调。E-cad 在正常皮肤组织 表达为阳性，在SK 、BD 、CSCC 组织中表达依次降低，在SK、CSCC 之间表达有 显著性差异（P0.05 ）。结论：E-cad 在恶性皮肤癌中表达异常，可能与表皮肿瘤的 侵袭和转移有关。可作为临床上一种免疫组化指标判断表皮肿瘤的良恶性程度和预 后；也为预防和治疗表皮肿瘤提供了分子生物学线索。 关键词:E—钙粘着蛋白；皮肤鳞状细胞癌；脂溢性角化病；皮肤肿瘤 —1— 新疆医科大学医学硕士学位论文 The Expression and Significance of E-cadherin in Squamous Cell Carcinoma，Bowens Disease and Seborrhoeic Keratosis Postgraduate: Yang Hong Supervisor:Prof.Pu Xiong Ming Abstract Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of E-cadherin(E-cad) in seborrheric keratosis (SK), Bowen’s disease (BD), cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) and the relationship between E-cad and derma tumor 、prophase carcinoma.
