高 等 教 育 自 学 考 试 毕业设计（论文）说明书 汽车检测与维修（独立本科段） 助考院校：河南交通职业技术学院 准考证号： 010413100091 姓 名： 黄正东 河南科技大学高等教育自学考试办公室 年 月 毕业设计（论文）任务书 题目： 大众汽车空调系统检修 本环节自 2014 年 5 月 30 日起至 2014 年 6 月 14 日 进行地点： 河南交通交通职业学院 内容要求： 指导老师： 赵子民 职称： 批准日期： 年 月 日  大众汽车空调系统检修 摘 要 汽车空调的功能是通过人为的方式创造一个对人体适宜环境。汽车空调由制冷系统、加热系统、通风系统、操纵控制系统和空气净化系统组成。制冷系统的热负荷包括通风换气热负荷、辐射热负荷和乘员热负荷等。与建筑空调相比，汽车空调工作条件更为苛刻，应具有更高的技术性。 车空调系统由制冷系统及电气控制系统两大部件组成。制冷系统由压缩机、冷凝器、储液干燥器、膨胀阀、蒸发器、风机、进风罩及制冷管道组成。对于全空调结构（指包括冷、暖、通风），则与蒸发器并列一个热交换器（暖风芯子），起采暖作用，采暖以发动机冷却水为热源。 制冷循环包括压缩过程、冷凝过程、膨胀过程和蒸发过程。系统通过执行元件不断地对暖风电机转速、出风温度、送风方式及压缩机工作情况等进行调节，从而使车内温度、空气流动状况等始终保持在驾驶员设定的水平上。 在使用与维护汽车空调时，应该了解一些注意事项和常识，会进行制冷剂加注操作，能应用常用的诊断方法分析故障。 　 关键词： 汽车空调， 制冷系统， 加注制冷剂 ，故障检修 ABSTRACT Automobie Air Conditioning achieved by artificially creating a suitable envionment on the human body.By the automotive air conditioning relrigeration systems heating systems ventilation systems operation control systems and air load, the Conduction heat load,heat load and the crew of radiation heat load and so on.Comparer with air conditioning,car air conditioning is more demanding working conditions,should have a higher technical performance. Vehicle air conditioning system by the refrigeration system and electric control system composed of two pars.Refrigeration system by the compressor,condenser,reservoir dryer,expansion valve,evaporator,fan,cooling air inlet pipe cover and composition.The fully air conditioned structure　(that inciudes cold,heating,ventilation).the parallel with the evaporator of a heat exchanger(heater cores),from the heating effect.Heating the engine cooling water as heat source.
