The restructuring of public companies, as an important way to integrate resources, optimize the resource utilization and improve the operational efficiency of the enterprises, is becoming more and more common. Therefore, in the security market, the restructuring of the public company is considered as a piece of good news by the investors, which can result in the fluctuation of the enterprise’s share price. For the fluctuation of the company’s share price which is caused by the restructuring of company, this paper find that there is a certain regularity after the empirical research analysis. Therefore, this paper formulates the corresponding short-term investment strategy according to the regularities of the fluctuation of the public company’s share price which is caused by the restructuring of the public company. The author hopes that it can bring certain inspiration for the ordinary investors while making the short-term investments after the restructuring of the public company.
