摘要 自商业银行产生，风险就与之相伴、形影不离。随着银行业务的不断发展和市场竞争的加剧，银行业风险也呈现出复杂多变的特征。金融是现代经济的核心，银行业则是金融业的重要组成部分，随着人们对金融风险的重视和认识的加深，国际银行风险管理的内涵和理念不断深化，水平也在不断提高。 中国是处于转型过程中的发展中国家，外部经济环境较为复杂，银行业发展还很不成熟，风险的表现形式更为特殊，这对风险管理提出了更高的要求。本文以集团企业为研究对象，采用案例分析、文献研究和理论分析的方法，在中国商业银行集团客户信贷风险管理现状研究的基础上，分析认为中国商业银行集团客户管理引入项目管理模式已经具备了组织结构矩阵式变革和客户经理制的基础，而目标导向的过程管理和项目治理的需求也将积极推动项目管理模式的应用。并进一步分析了构建商业银行集团客户信贷的项目管理模式需要研究的内容，包括集团客户项目类型、项目管理的流程；项目管理工具；集团客户项目管理模式的转变；以及相关利益方之闻的项目治理动态结构。商业银行；集团客户；信贷管理；项目管理Since the commercial Banks to produce, the risk was with them, was like peas and carrots.
