汽车举升机设计说明书 摘 要 本设计简要介绍了车辆举升机在汽车维修及维护中的作用及其经济意义并指出了对举升机的工作要求。 设计中采用机械式传动方案，动力经过蜗杆减速器，锥齿轮传动，最后由丝杠的转动变成升降运动，实现汽车被举升的目的。 说明书的主要内容包括：1，传动方案的确定；2，电动机的选择；3，传动装置的运动和动力参数的计算；4，传动零件的设计；5，轴的设计；6，键的设计及选择；7，润滑及密封装置的设计；8，轴承的选择；9，升降台的设计；10，联轴器的选择。其中对机构中的主要部件做了强度校核，另外对于设计中存在的问题及需要改进之处给予指出。 关键词：举升机，机械式，丝杠，蜗杆，传动 ABSTRACT The design mainly introduced that automotive hoist’s role and economic significance in the automotive repair and maintenance and pointed out the requirements about the automotive hoist working.
