 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 36 摘 要 汽车制动器齿圈在生产中需要用到多种冲压工艺，包括落料、拉深、冲孔、修整等，在冲压生产中比较具有代表性。在生产中，为保证生产效率，其冲压模具结构应采用复合模或级进模。但是本设计要求对汽车制动圈冲孔模设计冲压43个小方孔设计——要求43个小方孔必须一次性冲出，所以本设计为单工序冲孔模通过零件图，分析零件的结构工艺性，从而选择压力机，设计模具结构，并通过选用标准模架等标准件，提高生产模具的效率。 关键词 冲孔模 凸模 凹模 模架 Abstract: Ring in the production of automobile brakes need to use a variety of stamping process, including blanking, drawing, punching, trimming, etc., the more representative stamping.
